You’ve done it! You made your way all the way through Singing From Your Soul! CONGRATULATIONS! I’m so, SO proud of you!

 

Take a moment to actually pat yourself on the back and celebrate what you’ve accomplished! Maybe do a happy dance! And sing a happy song! CELEBRATE! Go out for a special Graduation celebration. Do something special to honor yourself!

 

You’ll find a certificate of completion down below. If you’re the type, why not print it, scribe your name in it, and frame or scrapbook it. Display it proudly! You’ve earned it!

 

But first, our toning practice! This time I encourage you to do it along with me in the video, so that we’re toning in solidarity. Imagine joining your voice with others around the world who will also be toning along, perhaps even at the same moment you are! Really hold your intentions in your pelvis, your belly, your heart, and feel them reverberate through you and out into the world. Wish for others the same goodness you are wishing for yourself. Let this be a sealing of your intentions, and an honoring of the enlivening voice and soul work you’ve done through this course. This is part of your celebration!

Time to connect with your inner voice and consider all you’ve created. Get cozy with your journal (and maybe tea and a candle!). Ask your Soul/inner voice to write through you.

 

  • Think back to how you felt about your voice before starting this course, and how you feel about it now. What has changed (hopefully for the better!)?

 

  • How does your voice physically feel in your body and psyche now? What shifts do you notice? List all of them that you can think of, and come back and add more if you think of them later. This includes any of the positive transitions you’ve noticed in your connection with your voice. Think of this as a treasure hunt for all of the gold you’ve mined! You want to retrieve every last piece! 

 

  • What new practices do you feel most called to incorporate more regularly into your life? 

 

  • What healings or openings have you experienced? 

 

  • What is your most important takeaway from this course and how does it relate to your voice, your wellbeing, and your life?
